Before you begin to browse our catalog, we would appreciate it if you would take a few moments to review our terms of business & on-line store policies. A few moments now may help to prevent misunderstandings in the future.

Purchasing Policy
No minimum purchase required. Shipments made to Wisconsin residents will be charged sales tax at a rate of 5.1%.

Payment - We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
Pricing & Discounts - All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices on items listed on our website reflect the best possible pricing. Items which are available at quantity pricing levels are clearly marked on the individual item page. No other discounts apply.
Important Note: Prices reflected on our website apply only to sales made thru the webstore. Prices reflected in our showroom apply only to sales made in the showroom. We do not make adjustments between the two stores.

Shipping Policy
Backorders - If an item is out of stock when your order is filled, the item will be canceled from the order & you will need to re-order at a later date. If we anticipate an item to return to stock within a few days when processing your order, we may hold your order in certain cases so we may ship your order complete. In the event we do accept a backorder, please be advised that a seperate shipping charge will apply.
During the checkout process, you will be asked to indicate your preference pertaining to out of stocks... your choices are: notify me by email, send minus out of stocks or cancel order.
Substitutions - We do not automatically substitute merchandise if we are out of stock of an item. If we have a similar item, we occasionally will contact you to see if you would like to ship the similar item or if you would rather have the item can celled from the order & re-order it at a later date.
Shipping - Please allow 3-5 days for your order to leave our facility. We process orders in numerical order and do not offer express order processing. We do not usually ship orders the same day that they are placed. At this time, we ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. We do not offer other shipping options.
Shipping Charges -
USPS Priority Mail - $4.95
Canada & UK - case by case cost. will confirm via email prior to shipping
Proof of Delivery - We ship all items to the USA addresses via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Proof of delivery as supplied by the United States Postal Service shall serve as completion of our obligation that the merchandise was successfully delivered to the customer. No claims will be accepted in instances where there is positive proof of delivery by the postal service. Canada/UK customers will be required to pay for insurance for their shipment.
International Orders - We ship to addresses within the United States, Canada & UK Thank you for your understanding.

Returns Policy -
We want you to be happy with your purchase & realize that when making purchases online, viewing an item on-line is sometimes different than viewing it in-person.
Please help us to manage these returns better by following the guidelines we've established.

Our return policy pertains to purchases made thru our website only. Sorry, no returns on items which are purchased at trade shows or from our showroom unless defective.
Returns on purchases thru our website must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery of goods.
Items being returned must be in 100% resaleable condition unless defective.
Costs for postage of the original order & return postage is covered by the customer & is non-refundable
We do not accept returns on chain.
All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Consideration is given to items which can be returned to stock quickly & easily.
Refunds on returns can only be applied to the same credit card which was used for the initial purchase.

Pricing Policy -
We don't believe in creating inflated prices on our products in order to offer great savings discounts of 25%-75% off retail, rather, we strive to offer you the best price on our products all of the time. The price you will find listed for products on our site reflects the best possible price, no further discounts are available.
Knowing this, please realize that it would be impossible to always have the best price on everything all of the time, but we will try hard to always have a great price that beats the others, or in cases where we can not have a lower price, we will do everything we can to have a very fair & competitive price.

Please do your own testing. Bead & component finishes are NOT warranted against wear and durability due to the various uses and exposure they may be subjected to.
